MCT – Machine for loading/unloading baskets for tiles, with gripper.

The MCT machine has been designed and built to load and/or unload the baskets from the transport roller conveyor and to load and/or unload the basket-carrying trolleys.

MCT is modular in design, simple in operation and maintenance. The parts subject to wear are minimal and easily replaceable.

The MCT machine consists of the following main groups:

• Steel sheet frame
• Motorization unit for horizontal translation
• Horizontal mobile trolley group
• Basket gripper group (N°1 or N°2 grippers depending on the case)
• Vertical translation motorization unit (N°1 or N°2 depending on the case)

Various versions are available based on the size of the tiles to be treated.
